kvminstall.ps1 fails behind authenticated firewall with (407) Proxy Authentication Required error about aspnetcore

@3DHDSoft current kvm scripts already support using an authenticated proxy. I'm not sure when that support was added. But you could try with the latest kvm scripts. Usage:

1. Pass a -Proxy command line switch to kvm install or kvm upgrade. e.g as per the aspnet/dnvm#132. If you leave out username and password in the proxy url it will use the default network credentials.
2. Alternatively set the http_proxy environment variable with appropriate proxy url. This environment variable will work on kvm.sh as well as curl uses this environment variable to my understanding.

I sent out a PR to update the command line help for kvm install to include a -Proxy switch.
