You seem to be hitting this: aspnet/dnvm#301. I think the runtime was actually installed despite the error but native images were not generated. Either try installing without ntive images or move to Powershell 3 or later.

Thank you very much. Installation Windows Management Framework 4.0 from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40855 solved the problem.
