That repo seems to be inactive... microsoft/ApplicationInsights-Kubernetes#357 has been open for some time now.

Apologies for not responding sooner. I wanted to find out what the policy was supposed to be for transitive dependencies and whether we can pin versions without having to pollute our projects with the full transitive closure. As you might see, Orleans doesn't directly reference these packages, they are transitive references pulled in by KubernetesClient.
