Thanks for pointing out the bug. We've made the fix and committed the new code 
to the
SVN repository.

The online "Mad Skillz" widget and Test Suite have also been updated.

Paring a UTC date will return a Date which is corrected for your user agents 
Timezone
settings. For example, if your browsers Timezone is set to "PST -08:000 (Pacific
Standard Time)", parsing the above code will return the following.

// Input string
Date.parse("Tue Nov 20 08:00:00 UTC 2007")

// Returns the following if browser is set to PST Timezone.
Tue Nov 20 2007 00:00:00 GMT-0800 (Pacific Standard Time)
