Adding custom commands does not work about codegpt.nvim

Ah, now I finally found the problem, it was in my vimrc; I am setting vim.g["codegpt_commands"] = { twice, so one overrides the other. Sorry for the noise.

If anyone else has this problem in future, I'd advise:

vim.g["codegpt_commands"] = vim.tbl_extend("force", vim.g["codegpt_commands"] or {}, {
  ["modernize"] = {

This merges with any other configs defined in other files. If keys collide, the results are still dependent on the order of course.
