Document DraCor API using OpenAPI/Swagger about dracor-api

@ingoboerner the swagger-ui is now available at https://dracor.org/documentation/api/. I also added the api.yaml document to the repo. It documents all currently implemented endpoints except for a few rather experimental ones. Feel free to augment the documentation with more precise descriptions, examples or schemas.

here is a zip file with json and yaml we just created. it doesn't work on localhost because of "TypeError: Failed to fetch" (which is a known issue when running swagger on localhost – the curl-URL works on bash)

would it be possible to install swagger on the server and push/load this example file, so that we can test it and continue working on it? ;)

A first version of the Dracor API specification is now available in https://github.com/dracor-org/dracor-exist/blob/master/api.yaml.
