Ok so all your commands look good from what I see here. However, the leader is supposed to start after all other nodes have started. Could you try that and if this does not work, try to put some debug output ? You can increase verbosity by setting a global flag --verbose 2.
I'm gonna make it explicit that the leader should start after everybody else, sorry for the misunderstanding.
