Docker image in public repository about gmqtt

Hi @pascaldekloe , I have pushed the image gmqtt/gmqttd:v0.2.2 to dockerhub.
You can run docker run -p 1883:1883 gmqtt/gmqttd:v0.2.2 to start the broker.
Looking forward to the test results. 😁
