allrgb-go icon allrgb-go

Builds an image (modular in size) using the 24bit color set (16.7 million colors). Depending on the algorithm you choose, the picture created will have a different design. Most of the algorithms are fully unique, meaning each and every color in the 16.7 million color set is used only once to create the stunning image.

geofood icon geofood

This application is designed to neutralize the indecision associated with choosing a restaurant! Simply choose a basic preference from the dropdown and select the Generate button. Utilizing your geographical location, the application will automatically pool together results close to you, and select one at random--effectively choosing a restaurant for you!

keyboardosd icon keyboardosd

Multiple customizable on screen displays that are used to monitor button presses for the toggle keys on your keyboard (Caps lock, num lock, and scroll lock).

musicremote icon musicremote

A Wi-Fi based music controller (client and server written in Java). Uses sockets to connect the client and server. Commands are sent from the client to the server in order to manipulate the local playlist (MP3 files in a local folder) on the server. All songs are played on the server. The client acts as a media remote. This uses an opensource plugin from javazoom for the mediaplayer.

patreon-watcher icon patreon-watcher

Patreon-Watcher was created to monitor a patreon page for product availability. Using the spring framework, this application polls a given patreon page every so often and determines whether or not the product or products we are looking for are available. If they are, an email and text are sent out and an alert sound is played.

project-guest-list icon project-guest-list

A python built script to run on a raspberryPi, for recording guest messages in a rotary phone

word-by-word icon word-by-word

The average individual can read around 200 words per minute. The goal of this application is to UNLEASH YOUR FULL READING POTENTIAL! First, the text of some document will be obtained when the user takes a photo of it via smartphone or any other device/camera. The user can then upload their image to our application which will translate the photo to text via OCR, or Optical Character Recognition. The text will then be displayed back to the user one word at a time at a fast and constant rate, increasing the speed at which they are able to read the document. This process is known as “rapid serial visual presentation”, or RSVP. The rate will be customizable, allowing the user to change the speed at which the words are relayed back to them. This makes their reading experience as fast and as efficient as possible.
