404d page for Github ZCI result about zeroclickinfo-spice

Not sure if there is much we can do about that...I often run into dead links on Github, because usernames, repo names, etc can change but the links don't follow the updates. @nospampleasemam you have any ideas?

@zekiel @nospampleasemam it looks like this is actually being triggered by the GH fathead, so @rpicard is it perhaps because the db needs to be updated?

could write a wrapper around XMLHttpReqest or something -- probably not
worth it long term though. at least compared to just keeping things up to
date.
