Should the good example also be using ForAllValues or ForAnyValues if the value is an array?

@jplock No, this example comes directly from the AWS docs at https://docs.aws.amazon.com/IAM/latest/UserGuide/reference_policies_elements_condition_operators.html#Conditions_IfExists

The ForAllValues and ForAnyValues are used when the value on the left (in this case ec2:InstanceType) is itself an array, which is not the case for ec2:InstanceType, but is the case when the variable represents tags.
