This is proposal to enhance current library SDK to allow registering/deregistering custom encryption, signing, key management and compression algorithms. Current state of library allows only pre-defined set of RFC standardized algorithms to be used via built-in enumerations. Which causing inconvenience for users when they want experimental or not-yet-reached RFC status algorithms to use. 1. Add additional `RegisterXXX(string alg)` / `DeregisterXXX(string alg)` methods in addition to existing enum versions 2. Provide additional `JWT.Encode(..)` / `JWT.Decode(..)` / `JWT.Verify(..)` variants that accept algs as `string` 3. Extend `JWE` support with `string` variants.
