[FR] Ability to smoke detectors to room tags about dwains-lovelace-dashboard

I'm thinking about adding something like more_entities option to a room. There you can put then things like a smoke detector. On the room page place an icon top right in the header when you click it open a popup with all those entities. What do you think?

From an ideal perspective, I'd like to be able to expose some property (like battery % or alarming/not alarming). This way you can tell the status of the entire house without having to drill down room by room (like if a smoke detector is beeping with low battery). I do understand, though, the difficulties of ideal vs what is reasonable, so I appreciate any form of integration you can come up with.

I for one love that idea as it also allows for any device instead of having to integrate each device type seperately

i like the idea of smoke detectors too, but then as i type this realize i have automations and alerts to let me know about low battery and if they go off when i'm out the house

@jaburges that's why I want to make a more entities option for rooms. Put some entities in it like a smoke detector. If you open the room op top there is an icon, if you click the icon it opens a popup with info about all those entities. I personally don't need to see my smoke detector 24/7 in the app. If there is smoke I want to be alarmed with a push notification on the phone, I don't gonna open the app then to see if there is smoke and in which room. I think you have other concerns then.

In version 1.2.0 you can use more_entities: for a room. It will add a button top right where you can click on to show the more entities. Please let me know if this is good for you (when 1.2.0 is released).
