There's only 32-bit of zenity, which I think you need to run in compatible mode.

This may be helpful :
To run this project, you must download a window manager tool called Zenity. It's old and no more maintained. However, it can still work. After you install it and set the environment(maybe not necessary), the project will run.
The website I gave you has a different newer version of the project, which doesn't need the tool. The functions are a little different, while most of the part are the same.

@eapenzhan hehe =) ofcourse I understand this and already installed the Zenity. But when I went to bin folder, start an exe file of it - nothing happens... Then I started SkethRetopo and tried to import the model and nothing happens too =))

Can you write an instruction to how I can use Zenity and run SkethRetopo without errors?

You need to import a model here. The format had better to be obj (which I have successfully imported) and not to be too complex. Try again!
