New name about abc-classroom

This package really sets up an entire classroom development workflow so it's more than teaching and more than grading. it's pretty sweet.

the more i think about this. the more i now like tln as ABC is very gradeschool. and they learn via circle CI feedback and using github to submit things.

I like abc-, because it makes me think "easy as a-b-c". Though I have no idea of what society at large (in the US) thinks of. (Who or what is grade school? :) )

An alternative idea that is maybe more university related but similar in spirit: 101-teach, 101-distribute. At least I think of 101 as the first course you'd take at university (in the US) and it is often used as meaning "cover basics, easy". Which this package wants to do.

After a bit of pondering I'd avoid the nb prefix as it means we are super likely to have a run in with existing nbgrader or other Jupyter tools. Trying to spot the difference between nbgrader and nbgrade isn't easy.

I asked if we could get control over the ABC name on pypi.org here. Let's see what happens.
