我已经装了那个插件，但在执行babel --plugins transform-remove-strict-mode script.js命令是报错没找到ｂａｂｅｌ，　而且进入transform-remove-strict-mode内也没看到这个东东。

me too，试了安装插件 然后配置到.laberic文件里，还是一样报这个错误

实在不行临时把WebIm的第一句 'use strict'删除了 可以正常跑了
