I've tried with JPCSP and without BUILD_PRX emulator returns "Cannot find executable" exception. PSP testers report black screen and shutdown after a few seconds.
With BUILD_PRX I only have tested without signing, emulator shows relocation warnings but it still shows black screen. PSP testers report "The game could not be started. (80020148)". Even with signed eboot they reported the same error.
