.edpproj似乎不应该作为fecs工具的校验，在edp范围下玩就好了

.edpproj似乎不应该作为fecs工具的校验，在edp范围下玩就好了
就是举个例作为判断项目的方式，有的话也可以算啊，如果 FIS 有类似的文件也可以算

晚上粗略做了一个fecs.vim，作为syntastic的一个插件来使用。
效果：
@leeight @otakustay 各路大大看一下有没有参考价值。
目前发现的缺点有：
- syntastic貌似不支持异步，首次打开文件或写文件时，界面会卡一下，macvim等gui工具则好一些
