Andrij, I like the look of the new page. I have only one question before asking you to go ahead: Does the "Materials" tab at the top do the same thing as the Materials button at the bottom right?

Indeed the primary navigation menu and homepage links need to be reviewed. As you have sugested, they would could lead to some redundancy.

I am actually working on a second update to this mockup where we have access to all materials immediately from the homepage in a powerful 'search bar' — which would utilise Cameron's full text search to quickly bubble the most accurate and pertinent materials the user might be looking for from the homepage (as an added feature).

Let me rethink the primary navigation and I will past that second mockup here. Do you personally have any immediate leanings from your observation?
