I'm not necessarily against adding unofficial logos, but I'd definitely prefer one which is widely used. From some more Google searching, it seems like that'd probably be https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:C_Programming_Language.svg, which is just the C++ logo with the ++ removed. The grey hexagon version is not uncommon either, and the K&R C has some limited use, with the advantage that it's probably the closest to an official logo of the three. Probably a good idea to ping @edent here to see if he has a preference.

I'm quite unconvinced that this should be included as a logo. There is no official organization for C afaik, and the project is rather unusually codified by series of standards. The linked logo is simply the "c" from the K&R cover, except that even then it seems to use the wrong font (someone on Wikimedia earlier this year changed it to Helvetica LT Black, which has horizontal ends on the "c", but the first edition has a slightly downward-sloped bottom terminal, among other slight differences. That might be the correct font for the "c" in the 2nd edition, but that cover has a different color and a slight pattern on the "c".) Finally, nobody really seems to use it as a logo for C, with the lone exception I found being learn-c.org, which arguably uses it more as their website's logo than as one for the language.

Thanks for your answer ! What you said on the "official" logo makes sense. I think we can add an unofficial logo instead (like in this external issue for example : exercism/meta#26). What do you think about ?
