Ensure Docker usage is possible while using eic-shell (it's not currently) about eic-shell

The simple fix in the install file can look like this:

curl -L https://github.com/eic/eic-shell/blob/force_docker/install.sh -d | bash

(and compare to

curl -L https://github.com/eic/eic-shell/blob/force_docker/install.sh | bash

which should use singularity).

If there's a problem, I can debug on a farm node, but maybe it just works out of the box and solves your problem.
