It also works with Glyphicons.

    });

favico.badge("\uE013");

Unicode codes (“E013”) can be found in the CSS propety content in the :before of the glyphicon

I tried to implement it in my angular website but It doesn't work for me.
I've linked FontAwesome in html-file

<link href="//cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/font-awesome/4.1.0/css/font-awesome.min.css" rel="stylesheet">

and call favico.js as described in readme.md

    fontFamily : 'FontAwesome'
});

favico.badge("\f0f3");

It shows me a badge with a text "f0f3" in it.

That's how you do unicode character escaping 😉 (the u after the backslash).
