Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We had issues with v8.6 - v8.7 builds. For time being, use v8.5.1. I will fix the packages for v8.6 and v8.7

The issue is vite (and other build systems that rely on ES modules) relied on the es export that didn't exist.

I've deprecated 8.7.0 and 8.6.0 and published a new version for 8.7.1. This is now available from NPM https://www.npmjs.com/package/@elastic/app-search-javascript
