We've checked after syncing the main branch.
However, we are still facing the issue [Attaching the log file for your reference].

For the update_by_query, our understanding is, when we update any document with a particular field, update_by_query is triggered.
At the core, it takes a PIT(point in time) snapshot of the elastic index and then searches for the document based on the _id (unique identifier). Once it finds the document(s) then it performs the actual operation on it, which results in overlapping the document version(s) in the elastic search index.
