@moxarth-elastic could it be a firewall problem on your side? Is it somehow possible to check the route to 169.254.169.254?

I've done some additional testing and to make AWS S3 connector work, you need to host it inside AWS infrastructure. Can you try hosting it on an ec2 instance and checking if it works?

Hey, @artem-shelkovnikov, I checked with the latest access key and secret key in /.aws/credentials and it was working fine. Hence, I am closing this issue.
