+1 Would love the ability to scroll through the past. I have no way to look at the 2020 stats now :/

I would like to implement two features:

  1. Weekly / Monthly / Yearly

This would cover what most people are looking for. A way to switch between the last 7 days (that's what Ackee currently shows), the last 7 months and the last 7 years. All of them for Views only, because this is where it makes most sense.

TODOs:

  • Adjust API of views to include optional parameter (?interval=weekly|monthly|yearly or similar). Defaults to "weekly" to avoid breaking changes.
  • Add dropdown to Views that allows to switch between the intervals. Dropdown should be available for both "Unique site views" and "Total page views".
  • Adjust cards in the UI to allow them to show the hovered month or year instead of the day.
  1. A way to travel back in time

Ackee always shows the last 7 days of everything. Changing this would be hard. What I'm thinking of is a way to travel back in time. A date-picker that lets you choose a day and Ackee will use it as the current date.

@electerious Have ideas on how to implement this? I want this feature badly lol

Status: Weekly / Monthly / Yearly has been implemented, but it's still only possible to see the current week (or two weeks in the overview). A way to travel back in time is still planned, but doesn't have a high priority.

Sort of a +1 comment that it would be very useful to be able to keep the interval (daily, weekly, monthly) but adjust the range. I'd love to see more than 7 days for a given domain without having to group by week.
