Invalid Project Name error on starting postgres service about electric

invalid project name "PingNotes": must consist only of lowercase alphanumeric characters, hyphens, and underscores as well as start with a letter or number

By default, if not specified in the relevant environment variables, the electric CLI will use your package.json app name as the database and project name, which results in that error.

Changing your package.json name property to something like ping-notes should do the trick. (this is also an npm requirement)
