预览骨架屏已经生成，但重新启动项目后页面依然没有变化 about page-skeleton-webpack-plugin

这个我试了下，只有npm run build的时候才会吧shell里面的东西加载到 index.html 中，npm run dev 不会自动加载，可以手动将 shell.html 里的内容复制出来替换 index.html中的 重启下 npm run dev 就可以看效果了
