ggnewscale doesn't work with stat_summary_hex about ggnewscale

Ok, it was an easier fix than I imagined! It should be working on the most recent commit.

The problem is that when creating the plot, the stat_summary_hex() layer has no fill aesthetic to replace. I'll try to look up a fix, but for now the workaround would be to add it explicitly.
