Thanks for the bug report.

I can confirm the issue, and upon review, can see that WordPress have introduced some recent changes that are causing our previous "Reusable Blocks Fix" to fail.

I'll add this to our to-do list and hope to find a solution shortly.

For those content admins facing this issue.
Temporary workaround is to edit the block from Reusable Blocks Manager which bypasses Block Editor.
The path is: /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wp_block

Such a useful feature for our clients, but such a pity it's not really been useable all year. Has there been any news on when this might be fixed so we can consistently use it without fear of it breaking?
