I think this is helpful to those who are new to org-page, I will implement this, and op/new-project may have the following features:
- generate a new git repository, with branch
masterandsource - only a README file on branch
master - README, about.org on branch
source, and two folders "blog" and "wiki"
If there is something missing, please comment on this.

Yeah, this is similar things like django-admin.py startproject/startapp.
