Setting custom DLSS Quality Level causes horizontal bar on bottom of screen [Cyberpunk 2077] about dlsstweaks

Are you using custom ratios or are you using custom resolutions? I've noticed something like that before (not quite as clearly visible as on that screenshot, but like a band at the bottom about that thick, when I've played around with custom resolutions, although now it works fine for some reasons... I find that setting setting much higher width and just using half screen res for cyberpunk2077 works wonders for performance and looks on rtx 3080 ..... I set it to 1920x1350 or something like that to give it more height data, even though my screen is a 4k tv with normal 16:9 proportions, works great but at some custom resolutions that are too odd i get a single line of pixels (i think 9 pixels) that seem like random noise.
But the thing that resembles the picture is not that. Have you used dlss swapper to swap out to latest dlss, because i'm not getting this problem anymore. It could have something to do with some of the screen effects like chromatic abberation which i used to have turned on but no longer have, or maybe bloom, which i disabled in an .ini file because i thought the bloom in the game was very distracting, because i used to get something like this after fiddling around with dlsstweak, but no longer get it.

Interesting, so you're talking about setting a custom resolution only to use in-game? If so, no I'm not doing that, I'm using custom DLSS Quality ratio in the DLSS Tweaks config exe. Like for Quality I've set .83 Balanced on .75 Performance on .69, etc. I found no matter what ratio I use if it's custom then it causes this horizontal bar issue. Also yes, I am using newest DLSS DLL as well. I may look into the bloom effect, I do believe I've already disabled vigentte using a mod.... So it's possible it could even be that, I will check but maybe someone could also try to replicate my issue. I am also on DLSS version 3.5.1 (newest) with Cyberpunk 2.0.1. Also no kind of Frame Generation is on but I don't think that matters. (RTX 3060)
