I think you can just refresh the updates. I did that and they disappeared
from app-admin-issues.

It does go away after a while inside the AppStore however the AppStore app itself still shows the badge

Ah yes, you’re ifht. Maybe use that 3d touch app badge clearer?

Same issue (iPhone X iOS 11.3.1).
Updates are hidden inside App Store, but persistent badge on App Store app on home screen..
Miraculously, the badge just disappeared?

Same issue on iOS 10.2 and same when i downgrade to previous working version
