Sorry about that, lives were reset each time rooms were changed, they are only reset on game (re)start now. Does that fix the issue?

The problem was mine
When I doing my project OpenDave (http://gmclan.org/up6184_3_opendave110313.html) Lives was auto set on 3 (?), now it was 0, and I must declared it. But I thinked before about bug in Enigma. Everything works fine, thanks

Yeah, I can imagine how having lives auto-set to 3 before and now it being different could be surprising. I also wondered if keeping the 3 lives auto-set as default would be a better idea than changing it. But I ended up deciding it would be a better idea to follow GM in the long run.
