There are lots more. Add #define NPY_NO_DEPRECATED_API NPY_1_7_API_VERSION before the #include prevent numpy's headers from defining any of the deprecated APIs. Then you will see compiler errors as various deprecated functions, macros, and constants are used by our code. See the following two header files for a mostly complete list:
