Fly volume in wrong region about epic-stack

I had the same problem and found out that you need to specify your primary region in the fly.toml file. https://fly.io/docs/reference/configuration/#primary-region, before you create your machine!

The error comes because connected volumes and machines have to be in the same region.

I just deleted my apps and volumes and tried again with a new name and I got this on dev:

Error: error creating a new machine: failed to launch VM: Mounts source volume "{volume_id}" is in the wrong region ("dfw" != "sjc")

I tried running main and got this:

WARN failed to release lease for machine 5683dde2a2dd78: lease not found
Error: timeout reached waiting for healthchecks to pass for machine {machine_id} failed to get VM{id}: Get "https://api.machines.dev/v1/apps/{company}machines/{machine_id}": net/http: request canceled

Not sure what's going on. I'd love to get the Epic Stack up and running before committing to the stack to develop my next product.
