Tracking issue for missing popup types:

• Gems
• Currency
• Questitem
• Divinitation Card
• Prophecy
• Relic

tslint no-var-requires for json

Remove once palantir/tslint#3516 gets merged

Rewrite to take poe api responses

• use hoc to separate semantic props from display props
  • frameType in dumb component, itemtype+rarity in smart component
• implicit/explicit in smart, enchants, crafted, explicit, implicit in dumb
• aps, phys damage etc in smart component
• requirements/properties become dumb lists

Is computeWidth necessary?

ComputeWidth seems like it is equivalent to width: auto; and max-width on descrText with padding on the Body.

Removing this would make the lifecycle much simpler and remove a render pass (down from 2).
