Please submit ideas for enhancements and development of this codebase

I would like to make homebrew MIDI work on an apple 2c - looking at interfacing one of the old Soundblaster adapter cables that plugged into the joystick socket - it has the optoisolator for Midi IN - maybe a serial or parallel port adapter can be built?

Add comments with additional ideas - my focus is building simple projects that can educate new Apple ][ series owners about hardware and development as they learn about their machine.

Enhance Marquee scroller to check for Vertical Blanking

The scrolling may be smoother if the machine language code waits for a VBL (by checking a soft switch on the //e, or handling a VBL interrupt on the //c).
