"Auth on Publish" fails repeatly about vmq_webhooks

Hi @thanhson1085 ! Thanks for reporting.

Judging from the logs it looks like it is actually working. We see the state machine (vmq_mqtt_fsm) saying authentication failed and then afterwards we see the connection being torn down (vmq_ranch:teardown). We also see that the process id is not the same for each pair of log messages.

Could it be that your client is doing automatic reconnects?

Otherwise could you share a bit more information with us such as which version of vernemq are you using, which clients etc and what would also be very valuable would be a trace of the traffic over the wire with tcpdump or wireshark.

I am using mqtt.js as a MQTT client.
You are right. my client (mqttjs) is doing automatic reconnects. I am researching how to turn of "automatic reconnect" from mqtt client.

I just took a quick look at the mqtt.js source and I think you should be able to prevent automatic reconnects' from happening by setting reconnectPeriod to zero - haven't tested it though, so YMMV.
