incompatible with vim-endwise about supertab

I'll have to investigate the cause of this, but for now you should be
able to add the following to your vimrc to the issue:

let g:SuperTabCrMapping = 0

[ervandew]

fix mapping to prevent colliding with other mappings

i think i'm experiencing a similar issue, endwise doesn't add anything when hitting . but at least i'm not getting pumvisible...

the only way i can get endwise to work is to set:

let g:SuperTabCrMapping = 0

should have been: "when hitting CR"
