I had a quick look to the patch and all seems correctly implemented (thanks to Jeremie)

Only thing to add is the new MSCV workaround and a tutorial to explain the use of these new functionalities in PyGMO. I assigned the ticket to Annalisa Riccardi. In case needed I can also close it myself ....

The exposition to Python of compare_fitness_impl(), compare_constraints_impl() and compare_fc_impl() has been correctly implemented by Jeremie and tested by myself. I am closing the ticket.
