Parts of the code are still not documented, some function names are misleading and more documentation is needed to fully understand your logic. Please, include further comments and generate Sphinx documentation.

There are still some leaks in function documentation, but other issues are OK. (Configuration is hold in files, "magic numbers" are a constans etc, there is also manual/tutorial for the whole project).
