Sorry for the late reply, as you can imagine this is a personal project and I don't have a lot of time to support it.

Exporting of individual torrent information is not going to happen because that wouldn't be good for prometheus as it would create a lot of metrics cardinallity. Each torrent name would be a label in the metrics and that will cause a metrics explosion.

As for the Stalled status, it's going to be a no. The code is based in the qbittorent python library and the states it defines in the code. Stalled is a strange status because it could be happening on upload or download and the library doesn't cover it as a specific case.
