Compilation fails with latest official ESP-IDF SDK about esp-azure

@Patrik-Berglund Latest changes in esp-tls component, which is required to run this example, are not a part of release 3.1.1. It is supported in release 3.2 and on the master branch. It might take a couple of weeks to backport it to release 3.1.
esp-tls is a generic TLS layer, as of now, it supports mbedtls and support for wolfssl is in the pipeline.

We are using https://github.com/espressif/esp-idf/releases/tag/v3.2-beta1, is this a good candidate for tests?

We are starting up a lot of tests with the ESP32 Wroom/Wrover and Azure IoT Hub. Mainly focused on long-term stability, running different scenarios like making sure that it will recover from loss of WIFI AP and if the AP looses internet connectivity.

The output will be used to deiced if to go for Espressif or another vendor.

Yes release/v3.2 branch is good candidate for testing. Official ESP-IDF v3.2 will be tagged in next few weeks from same branch.
