Identify functionality in both Flex Viewer and the ArcGIS.com Viewer is supported using pop-ups. You can turn on pop-ups for any layer(s) in your application.

Hi
I enabled Easy popup SOE, but I can not get identify for features. Is there any online help for this ?

EasyPopupSOE is a custom-developed extension to the ArcGIS Server which helps you quickly configure popups.
The extension is provided with the PchPrintSOE.
It has nothing to do with the out-of-the-box popup feature of the Flex Viewer

Popups are handy but the Identify widget also doubles as a Selection widget. ArcGIS 10 has a handy selection tool which interacts great with the AttributeTable. It would be nice if the Flex Viewer had something similar.
