Does it give the option of 'check syntax' or 'why' when they right click on the toolbox?

Hi @LorenaLPT, from what I can tell, this is an issue with 64bit vs 32bit python libraries. I see that your system is trying to find the library in the folder C:/.../anaconda/lib. Does that mean anything to you?

Hi climbage, thank you so much for responding. I'm not sure about this issue, because Anaconda and the OS, are 64 bit
Anyway I've tried to uninstall Anaconda and now there is no problem to add the toolbox. In your opinion which version of Anaconda should I install for avoiding this?
