Hi @esvit ,

The link you provide for the custom pagination template, http://esvit.github.io/ng-table/#!/demo2 is a 404.

I can see that it is pretty straight forward and can be done with a little jQuery. But that's to avoid when using AngularJS...

The differerences between bootstrap pagination documentation for 2.3.2 and 3 show that 2.3.2 just needs a surrounding div that has the class="pagination" and all is well. It seems that pager.html is the file that needs a fix...

Perhaps you meant that http://esvit.github.io/ng-table/#!/demo2 referred to the current Example #7: Table with hidden pagination where the built-in pagination is hidden so we can roll our own ala pager.html specific to 2.3.2?
