Need some way to prevent people from easily blowing up the app by creating a bunch of buckets or questions

player ID disappears on page refresh, stick that shit in a cookie

instead of just dropping the questions after they get answered, save a log of them somewhere

the older a question is, the more likely it should be to get picked. this would help stop questions that were just put back in from being picked again right away.

center stuff, give it a background, spruce up the css, etc

currently, if they can't get a question (e.g. bucket is empty) it returns a 200 but sticks an error message where the question would go. In order to not let these errors get mulliganed into the bucket, we need to return a different code and handle it appropriately.
