Setup opengraph tags to mirror titles/meta descriptions about ethereum-org-website

@alancwoo I agree page-specific metadata would be valuable (e.g. currently every page has the same meta & OG description) but looks like #112 was closed without ever merging - should I pick up as a new PR?

I'll label this as wip if I start working on it but in the meantime, if anyone would like to hop on this, it'd be great for us to ensure every markdown page on the site has front matter for title tag, meta description, Open Graph title & Open Graph description. Here's an example of what the front matter would look like (Open Graph title & description can be the same as the title tag & meta description):
