Hi Eugener, looks like you fixed it and now it works if I add this to my pom.xml:

  <repository>
      <id>oxbow-repository</id>
      <url>https://github.com/eugener/oxbow/raw/master/maven/repository</url>
      <releases>
          <enabled>true</enabled>
      </releases>
      <snapshots>
          <enabled>true</enabled>
      </snapshots>
  </repository>   

I can find 1.0.0-SNAPSHOT from there.
